As a professional who works in the employment law industry and chatting with hundreds of people every year about these exact situations and issues, we realized that we need to help people understand their rights at the workplace.

The problem is that most workplaces educate employees about policies that pertain to the best interests of the company, not necessarily the employee - and that's where our foundation comes in.

We are creating a robust and comprehensive database of educational content that is designed to provide important and necessary employment related rights and laws so people are more educated, informed, and can make smarter decisions to battle racism, sexism, nepotism, biases, unjust decisions, or unfair situations that arise in the workplace.

We believe every employee should learn, understand, and be aware of their rights and our mission is to help them through that learning process with the blogs, videos, training sessions, and content that we've put together in our educational center.
